Booking Reassignment
Move all delegates on a booking to a different date of the same course in a single action. Seat counts update on both dates automatically. Waitlisted customers on the vacated date are promoted immediately. Delegates are notified by email.
Invoice Tracking
Invoice bookings are confirmed immediately, given a due date, and tracked until paid. Each invoice email carries a Stripe "pay now" link, so customers can settle by card and the booking reconciles itself.
Live Capacity Management
Add or remove seats on any course date inline — no cancellation and recreation needed. Add seats and the waitlist promotes automatically. Remove seats safely — the system prevents dropping below the number already booked.
Live Sold-Out & Low-Stock Indicators
Availability is calculated live from actual bookings every time the page loads. Fully booked sessions are clearly marked "Sold out" and disabled — no false bookings. Sessions with five or fewer seats show a low-stock nudge, encouraging timely decisions. Nothing to configure, nothing to maintain.

IST Invoice Billing
Create an invoice-billed in-salon session and the platform automatically sends the customer a branded invoice email with your payment instructions — and notifies your admin team with a direct link to the booking record. Set your bank details once; they appear on every IST invoice.
Two separate loyalty streams: Normal Points are awarded by admins based on commercial relationships and redeemed at course checkout. IST Points are tracked separately and used exclusively for in-salon training sessions — keeping them clearly distinct in every customer's account.
